Stone Age

The Dawn of Mankind. Our ancestors were hard workers, resting only very little. Luckily for us, their ingenuity allowed them to make their work easier, day after day. In Stone Age, players are sent back to that arduous period of history. With tools, quite archaic at first, you will be able to collect wood, stone and gold. These resources will allow you to attain higher levels of knowledge and build sturdier roofs over your head. Though luck plays an important part in the game, only those who master their fate will be able to grasp victory. Finally, one mustn’t forget to feed their tribe as that would represent a major setback for them. Relive history. CARVE YOUR VICTORY – IN STONE.

Excelent game!!! This is one of my favorite games!!This is a worker placement game and the mechanic is very simple, you need to gather resorces by placing your workers on different areas of the board and the amount of resources you get is bases on a dice roll. The more workers you use for one resource, the more probability you have of gathering several of such resource. Resources are used to build houses and adquire cards. Once the round ends. You pay food acoording to the number of workers you…

It’s fine, but not our first choice for our game nights Beautiful artwork. Nice pieces! Not too complicated to learn how to play. Overall, an easy to learn worker-placement game (that is much easier to learn than Agricola). Our 7 1/2 year old son has played it with us successfully and understood the strategy.Game takes about 60 minutes with 3 people playing.Overall, just not that interesting of a game for me. We’ve played with 2 people and with 3 people. If you like Ticket to Ride, you’ll probably like this. However, Ticket to Ride…

An Excellent Game! Lots of fun every time. I’ve played and owned several Euro games over the past 6 years, as well as all kinds of other board games over my lifetime. My Euro game experience includes Settlers of Catan, Tikal, Stone Age, Ticket to Ride, Power Grid, Carcassonne, etc. So keep in mind that I’m quite fond of strategy games when reading my review. After my wife got interested in gaming with me (she realized it could be fun after playing ) I…
