Love how fun it is, but car is to compact I finally bit the bullet and purchased this for my 17 month old. I was hesitant if he’d be too big but when I saw that age recommendation was up to 4, I thought I’d go for it. Well let me tell you, I am really disappointed in the leg room. My 17 month old has to have his legs crammed in there to fit. There is not much room for them to fit while he is sitting so they have to be stretched out in front. The design would be fine if the car was a little longer. I can’t imagine even a 2 year old fitting unless they are a bit shorter. Very disappointed but I still love the fun look of the car. And I agree with another poster, it is hard to steer. Maybe have the front wheels swivel or something.One more thing I wanted to note. The seat belt is just an awful design. It has a lap belt with the between the legs piece. Well, to put your child in the belt, you have to slide their leg through the hole where a lap part and crotch part meet.
