Fun, but with a design flaw Unfortunately, it arrived with the battery spent, and it quickly used another set due to a design flaw. The wand plays (sparkly lights and whizzing melodic sound) continuously when a large button is pressed, and it does not shut off until the button is pressed again. During shipping it must have been bumped on, and it likely rode several hours on the trip from China whizzing and flashing and playing its tune. fun but not tough I sent this wand to my 4 year old niece for her birthday. She wanted a “sparkly pink princess wand” and this one looked fun. I had read one other review of this product that commented on it’s durability (or lack thereof) but went ahead and got it anyway. Broken 🙁 I bought this for my three year old daughter who would’ve loved it had it not been broken. We have another light up wand we bought at a fair that has sadly died after years of abuse, so we thought this would be a good alternate. The flaw is in the design, the middle part that lights up and spins gets jostled around during transport. I can imagine a lot of these get broken, which is sad because she really wanted it.
