Knex Ferris Coaster Wheel disappoints Our son is obsessed with Knex, and we’re generally big fans of the models. He’s a very experienced Knex builder and has put together with some assistance most of the larger, more complex Knex sets, including the Sawblade Thrill Ride, Double Dueling Coaster and Motorized Madness Ball Machine. We’ve generally had great results with these sets, but the Knex Ferris Coaster Wheel set was a disappointment. Here’s why:
Stay away from this product First, the directions are very difficult to follow using small pictures and poor angles of view. If you are accustomed to lego type directions, you will be greatly disappointed.
waste of money Not only did we recieve a previously opened box with LOTS of missing parts , after buying more parts we found like the first reviewer the product bites big time. The small pieces just do not have the capacity to hold or snap firmly in place thereby making it impossiable to create a working roller coaster inside of the ferris wheel. The ferris wheel part snapped together fine, no problems but that was all bigger pieces. The coaster part had teeny tiny bit pieces you practically need a magnifier…
