See Pictures! Forward and Reverse! Love the Headlight! Awesome battery engine that could! I went back and forth over which battery powered engine to buy. I mulled over price, reviews and name brands. I went with Hape because I have been so pleased with their products and the price point was more than fair. It is a sturdy engine that can indeed couple together other trains and pull them along. There is an easy on/off switch right on top. Your engine goes forward and reverse! Love the headlight! The Hape Railway Battery Engine is a solid 5 Stars…

Best engine on the wooden track market This is the best engine for the best price on the market. It fits Brio, Chuggington, and Thomas wooden tracks. It is faster and stronger than the Brio or Thomas electric engines. I really like this specific train engine and so does my two-year-old grandson. The quality of this engine beats the others in its class.

Two year loves this engine I bought this for my two year old who loves trains. He recently got a wooden train set and this is a great addition. He loves to watch it pull the train around the track. The only issue is the power switch has three positions and setting it to OFF in the middle has proved a little difficult for my son. I am sure he will figure it out, but for now he asks for help.
