But my brother has one — a bouncing 12-month-old girl with giant, pinchable cheeks — and I passed this on to him and asked him to tell me how it stands up as an educational toy for his daughter. HOWEVER, before beginning assembly, make sure to put the batteries in as the battery compartment is under the back legs of the chair and, once assembled, the battery compartment is inaccessible without removing the back legs. The directions tell you to assemble the chair first BEFORE putting the batteries in. Thus, this is either a design defect with the chair or else a defect in the writing of the instructions…
Like the laugh and learn chair very much. I bought this for my Grandson he is 8 months old and he loves playing and sitting in this chair keeps him busy for hours. He loves the chair. Very good investment. Price is good.
