4. Verify the 5 LED’s are working and the front lights is bright and can see thru white plastic at night

6. Reverse the batteries to see if any electrical issues, Polarity check
7. Product size 13 inches is correct
8. Battery cover screw check. Screw and unscrew battery door 10 times
