Much Improved Big Box I have previously purchased the Big Box containing the Base, Inns & Cathedrals, Traders, and Builders and multiple mini expanisions. This Big Box is a better value, and what I would call an essential Carcassone package. You get The Base, Inns and Cathedrals, Wheel of Fortune, Traders and Builders and the River. Perfectly Wonderful Game! Got this for Christmas from one of my boys and absolutely love it! Have played the base game with River and Inns and Cathedrals before. So far, have played this using all the tiles but the rules for only the ones I am familiar with and the Wheel of Fortune. Will play with friends tomorrow evening who know all the expansions – looking forward to it. I am a little leary of learning new board games at events like this, but I was very glad I/we did We were introduced to the base game with the Inn & Cathedrals, and Traders & Builders expansions last night in our fourth annual New Years Eve Celebration. I am a little leary of learning new board games at events like this, but I was very glad I/we did. We were playing with 5-players, 2 who owned the game and 3 newbies – we had a blast!! Came home in the wee hours of the morning and found Big Box 5 and ordered it. I cannot wait to play this again…especially loving the up to 8-players…
