Great item!!! I bought my 2 1/2 year old grandson (who is absolutely crazy about trains) a train set for Christmas, just a small set with about 20 pieces of wooden track. He paid little or no attention to his other gifts, and gets that out each time he’s at my house. After beging informed that “we need mowe twack”, I ordered this and am now in the running for GMomma of the Year after building a “gweat twack” this weekend with 6 loops and an elevated bridge !! I do wish this assortment…
These will totally do! Bought these for my 2 year old for Christmas. Also got him a cheap (relatively) Thomas Oval Starter Set. Anyone who tells you these are the same quality as the Thomas brand is lying to you. They’re absolutely not. I’m already seeing signs of wear 2 months later, and the oval set doesn’t show much at all. I think over time they both will anyway, but these are definitely wearing quicker.
Worked with the ikea and melissa and Doug tracks we already have We love this because we can build any sort of tracks we want and the work with the ikea and Melissa and Doug tracks. My son also likes running his little cast iron cars on the tracks.
