Awesome, But Cup Holder Needs Improvement & We Had To Rig A Shade We purchased this for our 13 month old on the advice of another parent, and boy were they right. I would second their advice and not wait for the 18 month mark as our little guy is obsessed with this car. The seating area is tighter than the race car shopping carts at our local stores so this is probably for the smaller guys anyway.
Great push car for running We recently purchased this car from Toys ‘r’ us. We had previously owned the original red Step-2 car and used it to push our daughter around in. Since we are avid runners, we really disliked the horrendous noise the original step-2 car made. So we went ahead and purchased this car for our son (2 yr old). The wheels are at least 60-70% quieter as they are rubberized. The car is also slightly longer and rated to 50lbs which makes it more sturdy than the original step-2 car. We run 3-4 times a…
Perfect 1st birthday gift We bought this for our son’s first birthday, and he LOVES it. We got in on sale at Toys’r’Us for about $44, so definitely check around for prices. We tried out both this one and the more basic red buggy at the store, and we definitely preferred this one.
