HORRIBLE PRODUCT-Great Service on return. First I am so satifisfied with the response from the seller and Amazon thats the only reason for two stars. We purchased this for my son for Christmas he only used it maybe three times and it wouldnt hold a charge. We sent it back the replacment was here in a matter of two days. Second car only used it now twice, the car will not go in reverse also will not go forward with out someone giving it a push. Amazon was contacted just to return completely. UPS was at the door the very next…

Car stopped working after two days. Got it fixed and it stopped working again. We had the car for 2 days and it stopped working. We called Dynacraft as instructed in the materials sent with the car and was given the name of a local repair shop. It took three weeks for the broken switch to be delivered to the shop. We finally got the car back and our very disappointed grandson was thrilled again. The car stopped working again after 2 days. Seemed like the same problem. Called Dynacraft again and asked for a refund. It was a hassle to get them to refund the money,…

Easy to assemble but short battery life The buggy was easy to assemble (took about an hour). Kid loves it. The only unfortunate thing is the battery lasts about one hour before needing recharged. Friends have a fisher-price model that lasts about 5 hours before needing recharged. When my kid rides it over to his friends (next street over) and plays for an hour, we have to push the dune buggy back home. Very inconvenient!Dynacraft says one hour is normal and within parameters.
