great costumer service after one day my 4 year old son already broke some of the tracks and when i called costumer service to get an exchange they were very helpful and replaced all the tracks within a week or so, Now my son knows to be a little bit more careful and we havent had any more issues
cute little train This thing works very nicely. The track clicks together easily and the train is easy to position on the track. We don’t have kids playing with it and it is not run much but it seems to be fairly easy on batteries. Good purchase for our needswhich is mostly a decoration under the tree that gets operated once in a while.
