These Styrofoam flying gliders definitely have the right stuff, requiring very little assembly while providing lots of fun. Just attach the body to the wings and let it fly. Product Features 8 inch foam glider plane Individually packaged Assorted styles 12 Planes Per Order
Time for a Reality Check OK everyone, let’s start out with a reality check. Excluding shipping, these planes come in at a price of about 20-25 cents each. The bottom line is, you get what you pay for. If you want a great hobby-type plane for your kids, etc., then be prepared to shell out 4-7 dollars each.
this is a great “gift bag” filler We gave these planes out as in gift bags at my 6 year old’s birthday party (24 kids in his class, so 2 packs worked out perfectly). The kids were excited to get them. The plane flies nearly as well as the old-school balsa-wood gliders, but is much cheaper. However, it is made out of foam, so it is fragile if stepped on, etc. My 6 year old had no problem putting it together himself.
Great in Goodie Bags These little planes have pretty good detail for being made out of foam. They arrived grouped in 12 and rubberbanded. I was surprised they had plastic propellers. Each plane needs to be assembled and it comes in an actual paper envelope that has nice artwork of the real plane. Actually, the packaging is way better than the toy! All in all it is an excellent goodie bag filler and boys and girls at my son’s party really liked them. I don’t think they’re very durable for smaller kids either…
