Zipper Was Defective – – – Returned! Ordered this because of the brand but we were very disappointed that the zipper on the main body was defective and could not be zipped. It also appeared to be a returned item. The box had already been opened and there were batteries already installed. The elephant did look cute so we returned and placed another order. We have not received the 2nd one yet so we will post another review after we see how it works. (Also see that someone else had a problem with the zipper.)
Disappointment on Christmas No matter where we try it, carpet or hardwood or linoleum it doesnt move. The wheel spins in place and will not catch to begin moving. It does the whether my 25lb or my 50lb daughter is on it. Disappointed in this Christmas gift.. I havent seen anyone else complain of this issue so maybe ours has an issue but the motor runs ok and when we look at it upside down the wheel spins just fine….it just will not catch to get it started moving.
Defective zipper! Very disappointed!!! Just took this Christmas gift out to get it ready for my 3 year old’s BIG GIFT and the ZIPPER IS DEFECTIVE. I’m so disappointed and let’s see if AMAZON can get another delivered overnight to me so I can travel out of town with this gift for my granddaughter. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
