Only buy with caution–high maintenance (Please see the update below that caused me to move this DOA product from one star to two.)I expect even a children’s product to arrive in reasonable working condition.The battery and/or charger for the 6V lead battery are defective. After a call to Fisher-Price and completing the registration and being asked if there was a light either on the battery or the charger (which there was none on either, and the customer representative admitted that the documentation disclosed none), I was directed a “service facility” located 30 miles away in some Podunk area. I was assured that it could be handled without a direct visit and that I had a one-year warranty on the plastic parts and six months on the defective battery/charger (no charge).After I hung up, I called the “service facility” and got a recorded message from someone with a huge Southern accent, who asked for me to leave the name and number which I did.
