Fun for everyone, Mag-Blocks from Popular Playthings stimulate both imagination and creativity. Playing with Mag-Blocks promotes the development of basic logical thought processes. The Mag-Blocks cube is made up of 24 large, easy-to-handle, colorful pyramids. Held together by magnets, the pyraminds fit together only when the magnets are properly aligned. The solutions are not immediately apparent, even to adults. Children will first have to understand how the blocks fit together — how magnets attract and repel each other. Then, kids can select one of 20 challenge cards with suggested designs to match. And of course, they can always make up their own designs. The 48-piece set includes pyramids in blue, green , red, yellow, purple and light blue plus 20 challenge cards and instructions. For children age 8 and over.

This will get played with. One of our kids repeatedly checked out a 24pc set of mag blocks from the math resource room at school, any chance the set was available. They where usually checked out by other boys. He sadly stopped when he told me that the school resource room no longer had them. After purchasing these and wrapping them up, I received a text from our schools Gifted Teacher just yesterday, who sent me the amazon link to this set and let me know how much our child would like to have a set of these…
