Not like my friends older ones. This is the newest Peg Perego JD Gator. It puts together easy and works fine. I added some LED headlights, green ground effect, key ignition, and looks Great! I understand that kids aren’t going over jumps and abusing this, and its really a toy. That being said, Peg has leaned back the thickness of the plastic here, as compared to previous models.
