horrible service I was so excited to find this toy I loved the r/c part when it came we quickly put it together then the r/c didnt work it took 3 weeks together another and they were so rude and tried to get me to take down my review which is no longer up and then when my new remote came that still doesnt work i got a call from fed ex that the seller had put out a do not deliver on that and they need to pick it up im do disgusted with this company and that they are on amazon.
Perfect gift My 19 month old loves this car. He can’t reach the pedal that well but the remote makes up for that.
Ride On should be called Sit On Despite following all instructions in manual regarding set-up, car does not move forward or back. Lights come on; engine starring sounds when key is turned, but no motion. Checked manual again including trouble-shootin guide. Manual suggests a call to help-line for unresolved problems, but a thorough search of booklet reveals no number. Can you help?
