Faulty Product, Unacceptable Customer Service, One Disappointed Grandchild This toy was a special gift to my grandaughter for Christmas; she very much enjoyed playing with it for several hours after it was all set-up. However, after 12 hours of operation the controller for the playset broke. If the controller is not working the train does not move from its battery power and loses almost all of its play value. Two technically skilled adults took the controler apart but could not make it operational. There was much disappointment by all who were present…
My 3 year old loves it I almost did not buy this because of some bad reviews. Glad I did, my 3 year loves it and has been playing with it all Christmas day.
