We’re Hooked! This was a Christmas gift to my 9 year old daughter from her grandparents. It is the first K’nex item we’ve ever had or built, but it certainly won’t be the last. This set is amazing–hats off to the design team at K-nex! The directions are extremely detailed and easy to follow, but my daughter did require guidance (and I had a blast working on it too!). Good coaster design, semi-reliable lift-chain mechanics We bought this coaster for my 9-year old son for his birthday. It arrived on time, and with all of the pieces intact. The directions for putting the coaster together use the standard pictures with no words format. The diagrams themselves are quite clear, but the color coding for the model is sometimes a little difficult to follow, especially for a 9-year old with some color deficiency. (Distinguishing orange from red and blue from grey was sometimes difficult for him.) With some…
