Difficult in a fun way, great set! This is a really detailed set — it has 433 pieces and, unlike many Lego sets, makes 3 different style houses.
Keeps my daughter happy for several hours per week. I got this for my nine year old daughter. After letting her play with it for a month, I sat down and interviewed her for this review.
My daughter’s rating… 9 out of 10 I received the Home Designer today and gave it to my eight year old daughter right away. I left her alone for about 10 minutes and then she called me in her room, problem was, she had difficulty building the dolls, she would try to place the legs and the head would fall off, she would try to place the head and the arms would fall off. Even I had some difficulty holding on to them the right way to build them, but once they were done, they stayed in one place.
