Thomas table is a hit My 4 year old loves Thomas and equally loves this table. I got it for Christmas and it’s holding up very well. The legs lock on both the table and chairs making it impossible for him to attempt to close them. That was one of my big concerns with getting a folding style table set but it’s very safe and no worries about getting fingers caught. The chairs are padded as is the table top.
