My daughter is absolutely Frozen obsessed! In my area it is impossible to find any Frozen merchandise and when you do it is overpriced junk! This tiara is perfect for a little girl. The plastic is more flexible than I thought it would be. There were a lot of reviews saying it is cheap but I think it is perfectly made for the price I paid. She is able to wear it as a headband all the time! For reference she is 5 years old and the fit is neither too small nor too large. No complaints that…
