Six year old approved I bought this for my Cinderella-obsessed six year old daughter. It’s the same kind you can buy at Wal-Mart, but I was able to get it here with a few clicks instead of navigating Wally World. She received Aurora at the same time and now they both sleep in her bed.It is not the same size as a Barbie, so Barbie clothes will not fit. I have seen some clothes made specifically for these Disney Princess dolls.
Not as good as the older version One of the most fun parts of these type of dolls for my girls is changing the clothes. I encourage that because it’s good for fine motor skills and even some creativity. This doll’s dress doesn’t fit any other barbie-type doll. The waist is even narrower than on a regular dolls, which bugs me, although the bust is more realistic, which is nice. Anyway, since they can’t really get the dress off, much less put it on another doll, this doll doesn’t get played with much and wasn’t a great purchase…
