Handle with TLC! I bought this for my 3 year old (turning 4 in 2 months) daughter as part of her Princess Anna costume for Halloween. It is good quality and inexpensive! It complements her Princess Anna dress costume. However, I give it 4 stars only because I did not like the idea on how the ribbon secures the head gear. They used Velcro on one side of the cap and on one end of the ribbon, it was too loose on my daughter and there was no other way to adjust it. The ribbon knot you see in the picture is just a…
ADORABLE! It fit my three (almost four year old perfectly). She doesn’t really have a lot of hair lol so it covered most of it. The braids are cute and long. Now her costume is complete and this snow cap was better than the Anna wig because it stays in place due to the velcro closure under the chin. Very cute and highly recommend (especially if your daughter does not have a lot of hair and when I say a lot, I mean volume and length haha)
waste of money size was never specified! so when I opened the package, it turned out that the cap will fit only babies, and not a 4 year old. Cheesy and shallow, waste of money!Ended up going to a Party City and bought a nice cap with a shawl and braids, which also can be worn without braids, provided you snip them off.
