Long lasting Educational toy I watch a little girl a few times a week. I wanted something that would help her little mind grow. She is far more advanced as others her age. These are great. She has played with them twice now. The puzzles have a wooden base, very sturdy so when she puts the together they fit in the edges and only that way. My 5 and 3 year old kids keep playing with this set of puzzles.Unlike most that are made of cardboard, these are of a pine like wood which withstands being pulled out, stepped on and shoved into a box. Very cute puzzle and very durable with a 3yr old! My little boy just found interest in puzzles. We started out with a huge block piece puzzle that made four different animals with maybe 9 blocks total. So since my boys like them I decided to let’s say upgrade to a harder puzzle which these have 20 pieces per puzzle. He does very well with this puzzle even tho he does need help he hasn’t destroyed the pieces. Hes only 3 so I figured with chewing and throwing around the animal would fall off the pieces.
