Colorful and engaging With no instruction, my kids got right to work (ages 2 and 4). My little guys built for an hour until hunger took over. Pieces are plastic, very lightweight and strong. My kids tried their best to crush their buildings and they held up very well. The surface is textured, which keeps them from slipping. 30 pieces have notches in them, 30 are flat. The notches hold the pieces in tightly, so construction doesn’t come crashing down accidentally. Great for avoiding meltdowns.
So unique! These blocks are a lot of fun. They are different than any other blocks my son has. He is autistic and loves stacking and building but his attention span is quickly lost. He can play with these for almost a half hour before losing interest! The plastic is really strong and the joints hold together once the pieces are assembled. This set would be great for any kid 8 or under.
