Final Act is a tactics board game. Players take the role of a tank company commander and dive into a deep and intensive battle of the wits. The games is full of action and intrigue as each commander needs to hit their opponent’s tanks while making their way across the board reaching the opponent’s last line of defense to achieve victory. Final Act is intense smart fun. Final Act utilizes a unique proprietary game system designed by Tyto Games that allows players to program tank movements ahead of dividing their munition assignments. This unique system is controlled by very cool and easy to use control panels. Movement and action both take place simultaneously throughout the game. As each player decides if to move forward or retreat, setup a trap or avoid contact, players much adapt to the ever changing board scenarios present to them, adapt and strategize, in order to succeed and achieve their objectives.

Chess with tanks. Fun stuff Holy moly, this was fun. The quality is shown in the tanks and the movement cards. It comes with 4 pages of rules but mostly explained on the first page. My 6yr old was intrigued by the small tanks that he’s begun to pick up the basics, while difficult at first, he’s now caught on. Quick explanation of how the game goes:
Great game that is pretty easy to learn I’m a huge fan of this game. Your first game will be a little slow to get started as you get a feel for how the tanks move and what your strategic options are, but pretty quickly one gets the hang of it. Once you’ve got those basics down, the tactical puzzle of anticipating your opponent’s movements and planning to corner or evade their forces is very satisfying, and deep enough to last quite a lot of play. A quick and simple tank skirmish game that’s easy to teach and play! I’ve had a chance to really get some plays in on this game and have been really surprised at how well it’s received! First off I’m not that into skirmish style games so I was a little hesitant to pick this one up but am glad that I did so. This game does tend to get a lot of attention when I bring it out at game nights at my local gaming store because the quality of the pieces are really good!
