Blend in. Don’t get caught. Six players. One word each. Everyone sounded pretty convincing, but someone isn’t who they say they are. That someone is the chameleon. In each round of the chameleon, a secret word is selected from a topic card in the middle of the table. Everyone knows what the word is, except for the player with the chameleon card… but which player is it? Using cunning, social deduction and some serious mob mentality, each player shouts out a related word to prove their innocence and tries to track down the impostor. Once everyone’s said their piece, the voting begins and the moment of truth arrives. Like a Less Interesting Version of Werewolf The game is not bad, but people got bored rather quickly. Most found it rather difficult to give clues that avoided either extreme- too vague or way too specific. I think this was a concept, not a player, problem. Also, the chameleon- if he or she is even vaguely paying attention- should be able to deduce the secret word easily. So, I guess there are parts that are too difficult and other parts that are beyond simple. This dynamic did not produce an enjoyable experience.

Loved it Played with my friends and we absolutely loved it, however I’m knocking a star down since the game itself was closed with two stickers to the sides which upon removing them left the box sticky on those parts.

A great party game with words I played this game at a party over the weekend and loved it some much, I bought it here. The game requires thinking and strategy, but is ultimately really fun to find out who the Chameleon is. We played with age 12 to 50+. Great game.
