So sad with this experience Unfortunately this product was defective. Worked one time and wouldnât take a battery charge. We were sent parts to fix it. Unfortunately the parts sent were made for a newer model. The customer service rep offered to contact distributors in China and have a video sent to us so we could take soldered parts apart to put the new parts in.My sons 5th birthday was in April and still isnât able to ride in his brand new truck. So sad with this experience.
Faulty battery The battery doesnât work. This was a Christmas gift for my child. We did all troubleshooting tips in the manual and charged it for three days and nothing. Left a voicemail for customer service, no response. Called several times and the call disconnected each time. Will most likely be returning. HUGE disappointment.
Pricy for what u get in the end 1st off showed up better than a week late .2nd however easy to assemble with how much packaging to prevent damage there is scratches and swirl Mark’s all over the truck.It says rubber tires no it’s one single slab of rubber on center of tire hub caps are super cheap and dont stay in the snap holes provided.Steering is like nascar can virtually only steer left. Still a very cool toy but for what u spend I feel should get a lil more bang for your buck I have remote controlled…
