Wonderful Customer Service! We purchased this item for my almost 2 year old toddler boy for Christmas. My daughter put it together. One of the dowels cracked right away when she was inserting the screw. The horse had a rip in the seam of the chest and the talking ear broke after a few days which was my son’s favorite part.
