Pleased with this product and customer service I purchased this horse for my granddaughter. My husband put it together 2 days before Christmas and discovered that the circuit board that provides the sound effects was damaged. I promptly called the radio flyer hot line snd spoke with a lovely and knowledgeable American based representative who troubleshooted the problem and overnight shipped a new part to remedity the situation. What a great rocking horse What a great rocking horse! There are several improvements to the one my kids played on. My 2 year old granddaughter loves it! I appreciate the covers over the springs so it is safer. The base is very stable. The horse neighs and chomps on carrots, too, if you turn it on. You can rock back and forth or up and down. One of the best childhood toys you can have, other than an empty refrigerator box! Ha!
Pain to put together alone… but worth it! I had one of these horses when I was a kid and loved it. Got this as a Christmas present for my 3 almost 4 year old. I finally put it all together by myself yesterday. It was difficult to get the bolts in to secure the bar through the legs and body, I almost gave up until I could get another set of hands to help. You really need pressure from the opposite side to get the pieces to fit together tightly, so the screws will line up with holes to hold them in place. With frustration and…
