The animals are simply adorable and come in pairs My son just received this item for Christmas and it is a huge hit. He loves the drawbridge and filling the ark with figures. Its not a true shape sorter as there are only three figures cut into the ark side, but you can see that on the image so it wasn’t a surprise and doesn’t detract from the toy, in my opinion. great purchase My 18 month old grandson loves this toy! I gave it to him along with a board book with the story of Noah’s ark. It is well constructed. The edges are smooth, the ark it self and light and the figures are simple. At this point, he just takes the top off and puts the animals in but as time goes on, I’m sure he will fit them into the shape sorter holes or put them in through the ramp.
