great blocks for toddlers and preschoolers My younger kids prefer these blocks to their duplo legos. They fit together more easily and are larger in size which allows toddlers and preschoolers to create impressive structures without so much time and effort that they get bored or distracted. I am using these at the high school level (!), but I know smaller kids would love them too! I actually got these for an unconventional use- for my high school science students, especially my AP Biology class. There are many times that I throw out a bunch of materials on a table and tell my students to build a model of something we’re learning, and to be able to explain that model to me. I am always looking for random things to add to my already random collection of objects- the creative uses that kids find for various materials always astounds me!
