FANTASTIC R/C Car for Kids!! The Rock Crawler Extreme is FANTASTIC. My 7 year-old LOVES it. I chose this one from a list of highly-rated cars because it’s max speed isn’t too fast for a kid to handle. It can also drive over obstacles that I wouldn’t have thought were possible! Christmas gift for 5 year old This has lived up to my expectations so far. Great little RC car Great little RC car. Ours is blue, and even though they do say you are going to get a random color, I was happy to see it once it arrived. The body is a very light weight plastic, probably done to reduct weight, as I am sure the motors are not that powerful. My son is 5 and can operate the trigger style controller right out of the box.
