Sing & Play Farm is a playful, engaging way to interact with life on the farm as your little one learns animal names and sounds, colors, rhythm and melodies. Children ages 6 to 36 months push buttons, turn keys, flip switches and more to build fine motor skills. Sing & Play Farm helps children learn about rhythm, colors and early vocabulary as they explore five interactive play areas. Press the big, blue button to hear the talking cow and owl ask playful questions about the sounds they make, and then invite your child to repeat the sounds with them. On the front of the barn, they can open and close the barn door to learn along with “Old MacDonald Had a Farm” or experiment with opposites such as “Light on” and “Light off. ” On the right side, kids can turn a key to rev the tractor, hear it idle and say “The engine’s ready…let’s go!” The left side features an Itsy Bitsy Spider slider and Animal Friends button for more practice with finger dexterity and fun learning songs about animals. The back side introduces musical, color and language curriculum. Children can slide a bunny in a hopping motion across the garden to create a bouncing, rhythmic song. They can continue to play the song as long as the bunny keeps moving back and forth. As the bunny lands in front of each veggie, children hear audio with its name and color, such as “Red tomatoes,” as well as funny phrases and sound effects spoken in rhythm to the music. Each delightful interaction encourages kids to keep exploring, helping build finger dexterity and developing their sense of cause and effect while exposing them to language and preschool concepts.

Personalized for every child

Sing & Play Farm offers tons of ways for children to enjoy personalized play and explore. Rev the tractor’s engine, squish tomatoes, move and sing to learning songs, play peek-a-boo with a talking owl and make silly animal noises as he asks fun questions like “Whoo likes to moo?” Every child will discover his or her own favorite way to play! As children talk, sing and laugh with animal friends, they create meaningful connections that are all their own.

Fun with their favorite characters

Sing & Play Farm is packed with 13 lovable farm pals. Children can make friends with a hidden owl, a “woofing” dog, an idling tractor driven by a silly sheep, a sliding spider, a musical hopping bunny and more. Animals sing, giggle and ask questions directly to your child, engaging them in learning and musical fun.

Learning experts create every learning experience

The LeapFrog learning team worked closely with expert toy designers to layer on the learning in this toy, from rhythmic experimentation in the bunny garden to color play and more, ensuring endless fun that’s rich in early learning curriculum. Children this age are experimenting with cause and effect, and Sing & Play Farm rewards each interaction with fun tunes, sounds, first words and animal voices. This helps toddlers draw connections between actions and reactions while exposing them to language and preschool concepts. Throughout development, the toy was tested with children, helping the team create experiences that little ones want to explore again and again.

Loud But So Wonderful! Ohhhhhh, my ears. I have this complete love/hate relationship with LeapFrog products. In totality, they are incessant and so painfully loud. I have disabled nearly all of these at some point. Even when in quiet mode, they are excruciating. Same applies here. There is a volume switch that offers silent, loud, and “for crying out loud.” My happy thoughts begin to deteriorate as I hear this barn asking, “Where’s the bunny?” for the fifty-second time that day.

Precious Little Farm For Your Precious Little One Your littlest one in your home will love this Leap Frog Sing & Play Farm. The farm has all 4 sides of play and even the roof has a push knob. The sounds and sayings that come out of this little farm are always changing, as there are over 50 responses when you move a part. There is an easy carry handle on top, as well as a slide knob volume control if you want full loud sound, low quieter sound or even no sound at all.

Great toy I’m a big fan of this toy and so is my son. He received it as a gift for his first birthday, and has been a big fan ever since. He will play with it multiple times throughout the day. He really likes the button on the top. My only complaints is that the key is a little hard to turn and the light switch is a little hard for him to flip. He is pretty strong, but still has trouble getting it to turn as far as it needs to go to get the tractor to start and getting the light to turn off and on…
