The one reason for the three star is that the direction for use and learning came in a 36 page PDF that was emailed to me. I don’t have a good color printer and printing it in black and white doesn’t really show how to mix/use/stack the colors. Highly recommended for any age!!! My 2 year old loves this toy!!!! Bought for christmas with the intent that he wouldn’t really play with it until March when baby 2 is born. He stopped opening christmas presents to play with this!!! He gets so excited to play it and has already learned how to lace them and stack them essentially completely independently. Very good product.
