Great starter puzzles for young kids! I bought these for my 2 1/2 year old. She’s beyond the chunky wood puzzle phase but still too young for actual, little piece puzzles. I purchased the 9 piece version which came with 4 puzzles (snail, ant, caterpillar, bee). Under the puzzle pieces is an image of the final puzzle, which helps my daughter try to match the pieces up to and then fit them together. They’re made of a sturdy cardboard so she can’t destroy the pieces (as toddlers are known to do!).

Tech Lady says:

Fine for my 2 year old, a bit of an overload for me 🙂 Appropriate for my two year old grandchild, but I find the pictures printed on the blank space where the pieces go is just a bit of an overload for me. Maybe I’m just used to having a blank canvas.

Nat W says:

Four Stars cute puzzles, although the wooden pieces are very firm and it takes some work to get the pieces apart.
