Super customer service lady helped me getting working however My daughter loves one star down cuz it take a long time to put together and I had to call to get it working cuz the connection under the set where disconnected and there was nothing in the Manuel on that. It is a pretty easy fix if you know what your doing As stated before on another review it does take a while to put this together. Also know that the wires underneath the seat can come loose and cause the suv not to work. It is a pretty easy fix if you know what your doing, and customer service will gladly help you out. Just know that they are only open during the week.
