Comes with batteries for the controller and two sets of rechargeable batteries for the truck. This unit is even 4-wheel drive. I picked it up, hit the gas on the controller, all four wheels spin!This little beast is quite unstoppable. I haven’t seen anything (other than a wall) that has been in the way of this RC vehicle. Worth it!
