Cape is starchy as pictured I bought this for my 9YO’s Halloween Costume. She’s going as Elsa from Frozen. The blue on the cape doesn’t match the blue of the dress I bought or the blue on the Disney licensed products. I knew this when I ordered it so that’s not a deal breaker. I searched online and locally for the PERFECT Elsa Cape but I couldn’t ever find one that met all of my wants/needs. This cape is long enough it just barely touches the floor when my 9YO wears it. This is the PERFECT Elsa cape This is the PERFECT Elsa cape! No messy glitter….beautiful silver snowflakes instead.
