VERY DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I’ll have to admit I usually don’t leave a negative review but I had to with this one. Not only is this toy made in China without saying so, which could mean any number of dangerous chemicals are in the paint your child will put in their mouth and suck on at the age this toy is intended for, but the main danger is the SUPER long thin string with the wooden caterpillar attached! The smell says it all Immediately upon opening the box the smell of paint hits me. It smells like it was spray painted right before shipping and i am concerned that inon toxic paint ,as listed in the description, would give off any kind of smell like that. Very disappointed after reading some good reviews before purchasing.
Great fidget toy but strangulation hazard I purchased this for one of my 2 year old twins to play with because she has some preemie related sensory issues. She absolutely loved it and we explained it to her by saying the worm plays “peek-a-boo” through the holes. I would reccomend this toy be used only under direct supervision and kept in a safe place when not in use because the string is extremely long and could be dangerous.
