Two editions – all wooden and all plastics. We love the game! We got one (all wooden pieces) then I ordered another for a gift and did expect the same game, but was quite surprised to find another box design with all plastic parts. The game is still great, but i like wooden version better.
Fun for all ages This game is really a lot of fun. It’s almost deceptive because it looks so simple. But don’t be fooled – it’s *not* just like tic-tac-toe.
Extremely clever, great for many ages This is an adorable game. It can be played at several developmental levels. If a younger kid is playing vs an adult, the adult can let the child play like regular tic-tac-toe. If more advanced players are playing each other, the game gets really interesting. Even after playing a number of times, I still have not come up with a fail-safe strategy.
