From the gear shifter to the F1 style steering wheel, all of the controls are within easy reach and intuitive for any 2 to 4 year old to operate. In addition to buttons for lights and turn signals, there is also a Remote/Manual switch that when set to RC, allows a parent to steer the car in all four directions using the 2.4GHz remote. The car can be fully operated either way…manually (by child) or by parent using the remote. For those sound aficionados, there is an MP3 port and volume button for playing tunes. We stock these in 2 colors, RED and the new limited edition BLACK. Assembly is very easy and takes 30 minutes at most. Didn’t take him long to learned how to keep his foot on the gas pedal, steer, using the turn signals, horn, and revving the engine. I love the fact that besides needing a screw driver to open the battery compartment, its basically a tool less installation. Wheels, seat, windshield, they all just snapped right in, plug in the battery, charge it up and you are ready to go. My favorite feature is the remote control, which other models, including Toys R Us…
Not worth the money! My son was so excited to get this car for christmas last year! Although Iâm so upset that in one year iâve already had to replace a battery & now the shifting gears are broken. My son has used this car only a handful a times, for almost $400 this car is not worth it. Your better off going to walmart and buying a $200 car.
