Big hit with the toddler & preschooler crowd 🙂 This has been a big hit with the toddler & preschooler crowd who both love to take the actual remotes.. which they both started to do almost instinctively (lol) from a very young age (if it was ever within reach). Instead I like to leave this (clean, slobber friendly) remote on the bed or nap mat for when the baby wakes up because it gives him something to do while he waits for me to retrieve him & he doesn’t cry for me because he’s too busy having fun… and I hear the remote going off so I…
It’s a hit, and distracts him from using the grown-up remote. At 18 months – we’ve had a couple of remotes. None was as nice as this one. And this is his new favorite. It’s a plus because it helps him learning to count and is not just singing songs like many of the other items we have. There’s songs too but they’re educational. It’s not too loud and we really like this one as well. I wish his phone was a bit more on the order of this too.
it’s nice to put this in his eyesight and he thinks … This remote is just a little too advanced for my almost 8 month old, but he still enjoys it. It has lots of sounds and colors flashing which are a plus. But the games would be more fitting for a baby that is a bit older or more advanced. Since he is always grabbing for our remote, it’s nice to put this in his eyesight and he thinks he has the real thing!
