Star Wars: Rebellion, from Fantasy Flight Games, is a two-to-four-player tabletop game that pits the evil Galactic Empire against the heroes of the Rebel Alliance. The game is based on the original Star Wars trilogy and contains two game boards that fit together, a mountain of cards, and many, many, minis.
We will find your rebel friends soon enough. If you are a fan of Star Wars, and cat and mouse type games then this is the game for you. Every card and miniature is dripping with Star Wars nostalgia for the original trilogy. One side plays the rebels and picks a secret location for their base, and the Empire is trying to track down the rebel base and crush the rebellion. It’s long at 3-4 hours but if you are a fan of the original trilogy then you will love every minute. Well worth the price.
Star Wars in a box! When I first heard about this game I was excited as this was the Star Wars game that I had been waiting for as a kid – an epic game where you played the Empire or the rebellion in a battle for the fate of the galaxy. I had played lots of A&A and similar war games growing up and was expecting something similar.
