Maybe a different package Need different packaging, big dent in the side of purse during shipping. But it was easily popped out. If it had been on a seam I would have had to send it back. Other than that it is very nice.
Very cute but were dented I ordered two for my youngest granddaughters. They are very cute and I liked them however one was slighted dented in the back and the other had many obvious dents. We popped a few of them out but there are several severe dents. I would return the second one but it is too close to Christmas to get a replacement. Like I said, they are very cute and would probably buy again. Iâm disappointed in the quality control of the shipment.
Cute item for niece. Arrived in perfect condition. This is a Christmas gift for my 2 year old niece who is obsessed with frozen. Very cute, she’s going to carry it everywhere. I know that some other reviewers were planning to use as a lunch box but I think it’s probably on the small side for that, but I liked the fact that it was smaller and lightweight for my little niece. It arrived in great condition, I inspected it thoroughly, no dents. She’s going to love it!
