Actually shocks! I was surprised that these actually shock! I thought it was just give a little vibrating buzz, but nope! The only downside is that if someone pulled a little too much, the top (gum piece) would pull off. They did go back on and worked. My son truly enjoys them and can’t wait to find people to fall for his trick.
